CM Call Recording ensures maximum flexibility and control over call recording. The start and stop of recordings can occur automatically or manually, regardless of the device used. Recordings can last for several hours without limits on the number of calls. Access to stored recordings can be adjusted based on permissions.

Storage location and duration can be flexibly defined: recordings can be stored internally for up to 30 days or immediately deleted after automated transfer to customer-owned databases. This adaptability allows you to optimally align management with your data protection policies and operational requirements.

Recordings are typically made in MP3 format but can also be created in WAV format. Stereo recording allows for separate evaluation of the audio tracks from the caller and the recipient, facilitating AI-supported analyses and supporting more precise evaluations.
