Personal Voice Mail
The Personal Voice Mail from CNT Call Manager provides users with a personal mailbox that can be configured with both standardized greetings and custom recordings. Voice mail forwarding occurs automatically according to the user's individual settings, such as when "Do Not Disturb" (DND) is activated or in an "Away" status.

Voice mail messages can be conveniently delivered as audio files via email, allowing users to access them easily. Additionally, a notification is displayed through the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) button on the SIP phone or via the call list to ensure easy message management.
During provisioning, a personal voice mail is automatically created for each user. Additional voice mails can be flexibly added as needed.

CM Personal IVR
The CM Personal IVR option enhances a user's personal extension with a convenient IVR menu. Callers are guided by a pre-recorded message and can flexibly choose whether to leave a message in the personal voice mail or be redirected to another destination, such as the main office or the user's personal mobile number. This functionality improves accessibility and provides an efficient way to manage and address inquiries individually.
Hotline Voice Mail
For hotline use, the voice mail from CNT Call Manager provides an efficient solution to ensure availability outside regular working hours or during high demand. Incoming messages are recorded, and notifications are sent to an email distribution list with the attached audio file. This ensures relevant team members are promptly informed and can respond to inquiries in a timely manner, guaranteeing seamless customer support.

Callers can directly select whether they want to leave a voice mail through the IVR menu instead of waiting for an agent's availability.
